  • Marketing Planning: You manage and optimize advertising campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads or Google Ads) and set up basic email automations (e.g. abandoned cart recovery emails).

Content & Identity Retainer

  • Periodic photo shoots: You commit to conducting 1 photo shoot per month (approximately 4-5 hours in the field, which falls within your 20 hours with people) to photograph new products or create lifestyle content with athletes.
  • Ready-to-use content archive: Each month, you deliver a package of 20/30 post-produced photos optimized for the web (work you do independently on your PC).
  • Ongoing artistic direction: You maintain the visual and geometric consistency of the site, updating the Home Page banners according to the season (e.g., winter collection for snowboarding, summer for surfing).
